Site Manager - Amsterdam

Tétris Design & Build is looking for an experienced Site Manager to guide construction projects from concept to completion. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the high-quality standards of Tetris Design Build. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all construction activities, including scheduling and quality control, to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and Tétris Design & Build standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and overall project objectives are achieved on time.
• Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment, and resolve any issues or conflicts on the construction site.
• Manage and lead a team of construction personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Implement and enforce Tetris Design Build safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on the construction site.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as MS Project and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver projects on time.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project locations if necessary.
