The salary for this position is between € 6,512 and € 8,140 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

As a construction site manager, you are responsible for the realization of one or more large construction projects. You function independently and directly under a project manager and ensure clear communication between all parties involved. You have a people-oriented attitude, and your enthusiasm and drive radiate to the entire execution team.
You keep a sharp eye on the costs and revenues of your project and you provide input for the final settlement towards the client. Coaching leadership is in your blood. You think proactively along with the project and you are able to bring your colleagues along in developments. Moreover, you are highly skilled in communication. You have a result- and customer-oriented attitude and you are commercially minded. Time pressure, deadlines, and an eye for quality are no problem for you.
