You are an enthusiastic third- or fourth-year HBO student with an affinity for sports and football. Within the Match Operations team of the PSV Academy, you will actively contribute to the organization of matches, tournaments, and football activities. You love planning and organizing, communicate easily with various stakeholders, and work accurately. You also take initiative and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

You will do an internship for at least one year (or half a year with a potential subsequent graduation internship) within Match Operations of the PSV Academy. In this independent working internship, you will support the daily and weekly activities surrounding matches, competitions, and events. You will receive a lot of responsibility and work closely with colleagues within the youth academy. Through the variety in tasks, you will develop yourself organizationally, administratively, and communicatively.

⚽ The (main) tasks for your position as Match Operations Intern

• Coordinating the planning at PSV Campus De Herdgang;

• Supporting the communication and coordination of weekly schedules;

• Carrying out administrative tasks surrounding competitions and matches;

• Co-organizing football activities and meetings from the match organization perspective;

• Organizing transport for youth teams to away matches and tournaments;

• Responsible for the tournament planning of the junior teams (U9 through U12);

• Supporting the use of systems such as Sportlink, TeamWorks, and SoccerLAB;

• Supporting projects and other activities within Match Operations.
