As a Formula Manager, you are responsible for the performance of our fresh food stores in the Southern Netherlands. You translate the retail strategy into daily practice and ensure that every store offers the same high standard in terms of quality, service, food safety, and commercial results.

You are regularly present in the stores, coaching fresh food managers and supporting them in achieving commercial objectives and developing their teams. In doing so, you are given the trust to make decisions, implement improvements, and make a visible impact on the retail organization.

What will you do?

You are responsible for the daily management and further development of multiple stores within your region. Together with the fresh food managers, you work towards strong commercial results, satisfied customers, and a uniform store formula.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, coaching, and developing fresh food managers.

• Translating commercial policy into concrete actions in the stores.

• Achieving turnover, margin, quality, and service objectives.

• Monitoring uniform store presentation, food safety, and hygiene.

• Guiding change processes within the stores.

• Supporting personnel planning, development, and recruitment of managers.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and realizing them together with the teams.

• Intensively collaborating with HR and the Manager Retail Organization.

You are a coaching retail manager who knows how to connect people and achieve results. You combine commercial insight with attention to quality and development.

In addition, you bring:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

• At least five years of management experience within retail.

• Experience in coaching managers.

• Knowledge of operational and commercial store management.

• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within the Southern Netherlands.
