• Experience as a supermarket manager, assistant manager, or department manager

• Experience in leading a team and creating schedules

• A sense for commerce and neat shop presentation

• You are visible on the work floor and take responsibility

• You are open to learning everything about meat and meat products

• A work week of 38 to 43 hours

• 80% supplement on Sundays on top of your hourly wage

Do you stand firm in your shoes as a leader in the supermarket and want more responsibility? In this role, you run your own butchery department within Nettorama. You lead the team and ensure everything is correct. We will teach you the knowledge of meat. Your leadership makes the difference.

• You lead your team and ensure good planning and clear agreements

• You coach colleagues and help them grow in their work

• You are responsible for turnover, quality, and a safe working environment

• You ensure a well-maintained, well-stocked, and attractive department

• You work on the floor yourself: from preparation to packaging

• You manage orders and keep an overview of the figures

• You guide new colleagues and help them find their way quickly

• You help customers and ensure they enjoy coming back
