Assistant Fresh Manager

Do you want more responsibility in the store and do you enjoy working with fresh products? In this role, you are right in the middle of the team and you also help to ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, you ensure quality, a pleasant atmosphere, and satisfied customers.

• You coach and guide colleagues in their work

• You help with the preparation, cutting, and packaging of products

• You ensure good planning and support with orders and forecasts

• You maintain an overview and work according to the agreed guidelines

• You help customers and easily strike up a conversation

• You guide new colleagues and help them get started well

• A contract of 32 to 38 hours per week

• A pleasant working atmosphere with committed colleagues

• 80% supplement on Sundays

• 20% discount on our own products

About the team
You work in a close-knit team within the butcher department of the supermarket. Together, you ensure quality and a neat, well-running department. Everyone helps each other and you are never alone.

• You are available 32 to 38 hours per week

• You have no problem working on weekends

• You speak Dutch well

• You like to take initiative and work independently

• You are flexible and help where needed

• Experience in a leadership role is a plus, but not a must
