Crate Washing Coordinator

At Vion in Groenlo, you ensure that everything keeps running. Literally.
As Crate Washing Coordinator, you lead a team and work with an automated system that is constantly in motion. You maintain oversight, intervene where necessary, and ensure that safety and quality are always in order.

Because what you do has a direct impact on the entire chain.

You are responsible for the daily management of the crate washing department. A department where technology, pace, and teamwork come together.

• You lead a team of ± 8 colleagues

• You monitor safety, quality, and hygiene

• You monitor and optimize the automated crate system

• You identify opportunities for improvement and actively address them

• You ensure processes run smoothly, even under time pressure

You are the one who maintains oversight and also brings people along.

You are someone who brings calm to a dynamic environment and knows how to connect people.

• Experience in leading a team (e.g., as a foreman / team leader)

• Strong communication skills

• You are patient, clear, and stand firm in your shoes

• You work in a structured manner and think in solutions

• You are willing to work occasionally on Saturdays

This is no standard foreman role.

• You work with an automated system
