Then the position of Facility Coördinator in the Real Estate & Facility team at Van Mossel Automotive Group is a great step for you!

What you'll do

As a Facility Coördinator, you will work from our modern head office in Waalwijk and support all our locations within the Netherlands in the field of facilities. Given our rapid growth, we are looking for a new colleague who focuses on technical facility services. Your main tasks are:

Handling, coordinating, and processing reports from colleagues across the country in our FMIS system (Humble);
Coordinating malfunctions and (technical) issues, and engaging external suppliers where necessary;
Supervising the execution of service and maintenance contracts, such as for workshop equipment, for example;
Supporting the procurement and management of products and services for the technical maintenance of our locations, including relationship management within your area of expertise and securing the associated documentation;
Occasional travel to other locations to provide on-site support when necessary.

Who are you?

You are an independent and service-oriented facility professional with a technical eye. You enjoy organizing things, easily maintain an overview, and know how to switch gears quickly when the situation demands it. You are a strong communicator and have a good sense of what is needed to help colleagues and locations further. In addition, you bring:

At least MBO working and thinking level, preferably at level 3 or 4, in the direction of Facility Management, Technical Management, or a similar education;
You have technical insight and enjoy coordinating malfunctions and technical issues;
You enjoy working in a team and love coordinating processes;
You preferably have an availability of 32-40 hours per week.

You are willing to travel to other locations occasionally to provide on-site support.
