You maintain real-time contact with terminals, shipping lines, and transport partners regarding cargo status, timelines, delays, or deviations
You identify disruptions (such as planning deviations, weather conditions, delays, or equipment issues) and take independent action where necessary
You proactively align expectations and decisions with customers and internal stakeholders
You contribute to process improvement and continuous optimization of work agreements, document flows, and compliance assurance
You possess persuasiveness, a proactive and creative working style, and excellent interpersonal skills.
You have an MBO 4 working and thinking level with relevant experience, or an HBO diploma as a starter.
You communicate excellently in both Dutch and English.
