As a work preparer, you are involved daily in everything needed to ensure our projects run smoothly and successfully. For large projects, the installations are often large and structurally dependent, which requires spatial insight and tight planning. While working on multiple projects simultaneously across different departments - from smaller jobs to extensive projects - you ensure that every detail is correct. A working day consists of handling requests from the client, preparing quotations, and maintaining contact with suppliers, technicians, and subcontractors.

You collect and verify technical information, perform calculations, and ensure that drawings and bills of quantities are complete and accurate. In doing so, you maintain a constant overview of planning, budgets, and delivery times, so that materials are available on time and within budget. Together with the project manager and the execution team, you monitor progress and ensure that the work proceeds safely, efficiently, and according to agreement. In this role, you are the connecting link between the office and the shop floor: you know what is happening, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure that everyone has the right information. In this way, you contribute to optimal preparation as well as successful execution of every project.
