You provide daily leadership to a team of mechanics, coach them in their development, and are the first point of contact for technical or organizational issues. You identify bottlenecks before they arise, adjust where necessary, and ensure a safe, pleasant working environment in which craftsmanship and collaboration are central.

You are a coaching leader who maintains an overview and enjoys taking responsibility. You know how to connect people, communicate clearly, and switch gears quickly when the planning requires it.
