Project Preparer Panel Construction

No project is the same. You ensure that everything is correct before production starts and also maintain oversight of the progress during execution.

You view every project from a technical, organizational, and financial perspective. You perform calculations, ensure a good supply of materials, monitor delivery times, and maintain contact with suppliers. With good planning and clear technical preparation, you ensure that your colleagues in production can get to work.

You remain involved after that as well. You follow the progress, monitor costs and the material budget, and signal additional or reduced work in a timely manner. Do you encounter a technical bottleneck? Then you look for a practical solution together with your colleagues. Do you see opportunities to do something smarter, better, or more efficiently? Then you will be given the space to think along with us.

Good collaboration is important in this. You coordinate with the Project Leader and technicians and maintain contact with customers and suppliers regarding the progress of the project.

In short: a versatile role in which technology, organization, and collaboration come together and in which you truly have influence over the course of our projects.

• You have at least an mbo+ level of work and thought;
• You have an affinity with technology, panel construction, and/or electronics;
• You work accurately and like to maintain an overview;
• You take responsibility for your own work;
• You think ahead and see opportunities to handle things smarter or better;
• You enjoy working together and coordinate easily with colleagues, customers, and suppliers;
• You are open to learning and further developing yourself.
