• Salary according to CAO, scale 8: between € 4027.31 and € 4816.48 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience and suitability for the role. Additionally, you will receive a 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and build up a pension. The position has a 36-hour work week;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

Job Description

As a Project Preparer, you are responsible for the preparation, organization, and supervision of activities arising from projects at our location in Workum. Together with the project managers, you determine the nature and scope of the projects to be carried out. You ensure that the projects are well prepared, coordinate the planning with the involved departments within the factory, and ensure that all necessary documentation is available. Think of work permits, safety plans, and other relevant documents. Additionally, there are four revision days, so you can use the downtime to get the projects executed.

The projects are very diverse in nature and can include both construction work as well as modifications or renewals to production installations. An example of a project for which capacity is currently requested is the replacement of the climate control in our cheese warehouse. This concerns a large-scale project in which coordination, planning, and coordination of different parties play an important role.

During the execution phase, you are an important point of contact on location. You receive and supervise executing parties, coordinate the projects on the shop floor, and oversee a safe execution of the work. Additionally, you monitor progress and signal in a timely manner when adjustment is needed.

In Workum, there are two FrieslandCampina factories. A cheese factory, the largest of FrieslandCampina, which produces 130 million kilos of cheese every year. And an Ingredients factory, which processes all the whey from our cheese factory, 1.2 billion liters per year, into high-quality ingredients for, among other things, baby and child nutrition.
