As Project Leader Instrumentation and Control at Bosman, you play an important role in realizing buildings that are not only smart and sustainable, but also pleasant to work in. You are responsible for the complete instrumentation and control technical part within our multidisciplinary project teams. Together with colleagues from electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, you ensure a seamless integration of systems that contribute to comfort, energy efficiency, and smart building functions.

As Project Leader Instrumentation and Control, you are the connecting link between technology and practice. You ensure that smart building systems not only work, but also contribute to a pleasant, sustainable living and working environment. What exactly do you do?

• You coordinate and supervise the instrumentation and control technical part of our projects from the first sketch to delivery. You maintain the overview and ensure that everything is correct.
• You translate technical ideas into feasible solutions on the construction site. No abstract plans, but workable applications.
• As part of our project team, you work closely with your direct colleagues and coordinate with stakeholders within and outside Bosman, such as advisors, suppliers, and construction team partners. You ensure that all parties are well-aligned with each other.
• You monitor the quality, planning, and budget within your field, with an eye for detail and for the people who work with it.
• You are responsible for supervising and executing SATs and ISATs.
• You contribute to innovation in the field of smart building technologies and the integration with building management systems. You think along about the future.
• You actively share your knowledge within the VINCI Energies network. In this way, you contribute to stronger expertise in instrumentation and control for commercial real estate.
• You lead technical specialists and serve as a technical point of contact and coach for them. You allow people to grow.
