As a Data Engineer, you translate our customers' data challenges into smart, reliable technical solutions.

You build modern data solutions in the Microsoft cloud and work on everything from data pipelines and data models to complete data platforms. In doing so, you use technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Azure DevOps, supplemented by Python, SQL, and Spark, among others.

Together with colleagues, you think beyond just the technical question. You look primarily at how it can be smarter and better. And with developments surrounding Fabric, Databricks, and AI, you will have plenty of room to discover new technology and further develop yourself.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Designing and building modern data platforms;
• Unlocking, transforming, and integrating data;
• Modeling and structuring data;
• Developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes;
• Automating deployments;
• Improving performance, scalability, and reliability.

You certainly don't need to master everything already. A good technical foundation, curiosity, and the drive to further develop yourself are at least as important to us.
