Project Leader

As a project manager, you make all your projects in public spaces a success. From the redesign of a city center, climate-resilient solutions, the construction of a harbor, the realization of a nature reserve, or the construction of underground infrastructure. You are responsible from start to finish for projects for various clients, including different municipalities, property developers, and contractors.

You are responsible for all your projects in the Hengelo area and sit directly at the table with our clients. Additionally, you monitor costs and manage designers, drafters, specification writers, and supervisors. You do this from our newest location in Hengelo. You will become part of a team that is fully in development and will be given the space to take initiative, help build the branch, and further develop yourself.

As a project leader...

You have at least three years of experience as a project manager. You know how to organize projects, connect interests, and achieve results together with different parties. You are proactive and have strong communication skills, and you work together with your colleagues to deliver the very best result for the client. Depending on your experience and responsibilities, you will receive a suitable salary, ranging from € 3,700 to € 8,300 gross per month, depending on your experience. In addition, we offer you:
