You will work on challenging high-voltage projects, ranging from new construction and expansion to renovations and reconstructions of stations throughout the Netherlands.

You will join a growing Business Unit with locations in Dordrecht and Den Bosch. We are a dedicated team of engineers and specialists where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. The lines are short, the atmosphere is informal, and everyone is given the space to take initiative.

As a Lead Engineer, you are the connecting link between technology, project, and team. You ensure technical quality, monitor project progress, and help colleagues further their development.

You will start working as a Lead Engineer at our Business Unit Omexom Engineering South-West at the location in Dordrecht. We design solutions for high and medium voltage installations. You will work on various challenging projects at high-voltage stations, from new stations and the expansion of a field to full renovations and reconstructions of stations in the Netherlands. You play a key role in the entire process, from advice and basic design to detail and executive design. We help our customers realize reliable, safe, and sustainable electrical infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities

• You are the technical point of contact for customers, project teams, and colleagues
• You provide functional leadership to engineers within projects and support them in their development
• You monitor the quality, planning, progress, and technical feasibility of projects
• You translate customer questions into smart and executable technical solutions
• You contribute to the development and standardization of working methods, processes, and engineering standards
• You coordinate capacity and activities with other Lead Engineers and the project leader
• You actively think along about the further growth and development of our Business Unit
