What we're looking for
- a completed HBO/WO degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams or a comparable role in guiding complex projects
- Excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English

The role
The role
As Lead Engineer, you are responsible for the technical depth and coordination within the engineering team. You are the connecting link between the client, project manager, and engineers, and you take the lead in complex technical projects. You have a sharp eye for specifications, planning, budget, and interfaces, and you know how to create a breakdown of complete machines or production lines. You work closely with the project manager to distribute work packages and are actively involved in the development of machines.
