Delivery Manager

That is why we are looking for a Delivery Manager. Someone who ensures that our operation becomes scalable, projects run successfully, and colleagues can perform optimally. Someone to further shape and execute our Customer Onboarding Journey.

You will become part of the MT and will be an important sparring partner to the Business Unit Director. You bring calm, overview, and direction. Not by making processes more important than people, but by together building an organization in which quality, ownership, and customer satisfaction go hand in hand.

• Guiding customers and acting as their guide during implementation, onboarding, and optimization trajectories;
• Creating calm, overview, and predictability within customer projects;
• The functional management of consultants and monitoring progress, quality, and capacity;
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and acting proactively on them;
• Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and customer agreements;
• Further developing and standardizing our implementation and onboarding approach;
• Connecting colleagues, teams, and customers to collectively achieve the best results;
• Creating one way of working that supports scalability, quality, and customer satisfaction;
• Taking ownership and responsibility when projects or customer trajectories require extra attention;
