Delivery Manager Tech - Business Hub

What will you do?
As Delivery Manager Business Hub, you will lead the teams responsible for the stability, continuity, and quality of our most important platforms and chains. These are the environments that ensure customers can compare, conclude, modify, and manage - every single day.

Your mission is clear: keep the foundation strong and reliable, set sharp priorities, and ensure teams deliver predictably on what truly matters. You monitor the balance between continuity, customer value, technical quality, security, compliance, and business impact. You are visible, involved, and hands-on. You help teams make choices, remove blockers, and take charge when necessary. You know how to enthuse and inspire people, and you make precision and reliability something to be proud of, especially in an environment where pressure is sometimes high and the stakes are large. At the same time, you look ahead. You understand the added value of AI and translate opportunities into practical applications that lead to better support, more efficient processes, faster analysis, and more predictability.

You report to the Head of Tech and work closely with other Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and stakeholders within Tech, Data, and Business.

• Make the Business Hub a place where reliability, craftsmanship, and collaboration are valued just as highly as innovation and new development.

• Ensure stable, reliable, and future-proof revenue-critical platforms, with a focus on continuity, quality, and manageable operations.

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary tech teams, with attention to ownership, growth, and team performance.

• Prioritize maintenance, incidents, risks, and improvements, and steer towards structural solutions instead of ad-hoc firefighting.

• Monitor which work does and does not belong to the Business Hub, so that teams maintain focus and have room to excel.

• Connect tech and business regarding choices with impact on customer, revenue, risk, quality, and continuity.

• Steer on results, capacity, budget, and predictable delivery.

• Safeguard knowledge and ensure a strong transfer from change to run, including clear agreements on readiness, support, and ownership.

• Ensure that security, privacy, and DORA compliance are practically integrated into daily choices regarding run, change, incidents, and vendor agreements.

• Steer on the management of operational risks, including access management, vulnerabilities, logging, monitoring, and recoverability.

• Translate AI opportunities into concrete improvements in processes, support, and delivery.

What are we looking for in you?
You understand that continuity is not a passive management role, but an active responsibility for customer value, revenue, and trust. You are a strong, energetic delivery manager who brings calm and structure, while simultaneously bringing energy and movement.

You are practically minded, result-oriented, and switch easily between tactical choices and operational reality. You don't have to build everything yourself, but you have sufficient technical background to ask the right questions and reach good choices together with teams.

In addition, you bring:

• Academic level of work and thinking.

• Experience leading and developing technical teams.

• Experience with delivery, management, maintenance, or operation-critical IT environments.

• Strong ability to prioritize based on customer impact, revenue impact, risk, and capacity.

• Experience with agile, lean, or kanban-like ways of working.

• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication towards tech and business.

• Basic knowledge of security, risk management, and relevant compliance frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, or ISO 27001, with an emphasis on practical application.

• Experience translating compliance requirements into workable team agreements, concrete actions, and clear reporting.

• Technical background or sufficient technical depth.

• Affinity with AI and the ability to make it practically applicable.

• Hands-on mentality and a strong can-do attitude.

• Inspiring leadership and an eye for team development.
