Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager we are looking for understands like no other how important collaboration is. In this way, we achieve the maximum result for our customers and DTX.

With our customers, you are the trusted advisor who can participate in discussions at a strategic level as well as dare to take operational ultimate responsibility. You do this for both our professional services and our managed services provision. You maintain the overview during large projects and, thanks to your enthusiasm and drive, you ensure together with the customer and your colleagues that every project leads to a success. For the managed services, you ensure that these are delivered to satisfaction, in order to maintain the customer relationship for as long as possible.

In addition, good collaboration with Sales and Account Management is of course crucial. Not only to achieve as much cross- and upselling as possible, but also to jointly keep the strategic agenda for these customers in order and continue to develop it further. The customer base is diverse, from banks and insurers to hospitals and manufacturing companies. With every customer, you must be able to be a high-level interlocutor, so you are also driven to keep up with IT developments within the sectors in which our customers operate.

All matters you encounter at a customer, whether during a project or during an SLA meeting, you bring back to DTX. In a structured manner, with the correct substantiation, you bring this input to the teams responsible for the further development of the services. You must be able to identify both technical improvement points and process-related matters. Some knowledge of and/or experience with Microsoft Cloud services is necessary if you want to excel in this position.

You already have some experience in a comparable role/function. At DTX, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will go further in building our processes, procedures, document standards, and everything else mentioned above. You must proactively take the lead in this and therefore possess the necessary persuasiveness. Additionally, you must be able to operate well independently, but you also enjoy being part of a team of involved professionals.

If you possess ITIL certifications and possibly Microsoft Fundamentals certifications, this is a major advantage. The willingness to obtain these if you do not yet have them is a requirement.
A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
