Project Delivery Lead

• You have experience in or with hospitals (a medical background is a plus, but not required).

• You are pragmatic and structured: you ensure that implementations run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done.

• You think from the perspective of the end user: you pay attention to ease of use, workflows, and how healthcare providers truly experience software.

• You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with healthcare providers, operational teams, and IT.

• You work accurately and have an eye for safety, especially in more complex healthcare environments.

• You speak and write good Dutch and English.

• You have experience introducing new products and/or systems within healthcare

• You are familiar with hospital EHRs and reporting processes.

• You have experience in acute care or in multidisciplinary teams.

• You support our implementations at hospitals from A to Z: onboarding, training, and guidance during go-live.

• You are the point of contact on-site: you work together with healthcare teams to ensure our product works well in practice.

• You solve problems quickly: you distinguish between operational and technical issues and escalate where necessary.

• You actively promote the use of our product: you work with key users and ensure that teams continue to use Tandem.

• You collect feedback in a structured manner and report concrete points for improvement back to our Product and Engineering teams.

• You support safety and quality controls according to internal processes.

• You work together with our commercial and support teams to make implementations successful.

This is a full-time position at our office in Leiden. You will travel regularly within the Netherlands and will sometimes be on-site for longer periods during the go-live of a new hospital.

• You get energy from improving medical workflows and reducing administrative pressure for healthcare providers.

• You enjoy training users and like being present on-site when a new organization goes live.
