Heat Network Contract Manager (Temporary Position)

As a contract manager, you are the first point of contact for our heat network customers. You will lead the growing operational team. With your technical qualities, you will ensure maintenance agreements and be responsible for preparing any calculations and quotes. You will take the lead of the team, recruit new projects, and bring energy and creativity to the department.

• Effectively organizing contract management, where the deployment of people and resources is balanced in the right way;
• Managing the operational team;
• Executing and ensuring the quality of the entire process in the areas of service, maintenance, and fault analysis;
• Identifying potential follow-up orders;
• Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through regular consultation with the client;
• Being responsible for financial management;
• Staying informed about relevant technical market developments.
