What we're looking for
You are a technician who likes to take responsibility, works independently, and draws energy from helping customers.
In addition, you have:
- A completed Level 3 Installation Technology education or equivalent.
- A valid F-gas certificate category 1 or a completed A1 training.
- Experience with resolving faults in wall-mounted boilers.
- Experience with commissioning and faults in heat pumps.
- Experience with Remeha products is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

What you'll do
Are you a technician who gets energy from solving faults and making customers happy? Then we have a great challenge for you. As a Heat Pump Service Technician, you are the specialist who ensures that installations function optimally. With your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented approach, you make a difference every day.
No two days are the same. Your activities include:
- Performing commissioning of heat pumps.
- Analyzing and resolving faults.
- Maintaining and optimizing installations.
- Advising customers on the use of their system.
- Delivering a service experience that customers can rely on.
You work independently in your region, but you are never alone. Together with colleagues in the region, you ensure that customers can count on fast, professional, and personal service.
