HR Consultant

• You play an active role in organizational development at various levels and think along about growth, innovation, and efficiency;

Together with two fellow HR Consultants, you are responsible for streamlining and organizing the HR policy within our organization. You are a trusted partner for both management and our employees and act as the first point of contact for organizational advice, personnel, and development issues. With your expertise, you ensure that employees can develop optimally and end up in the right place.

• You have at least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources;

• You have knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations;

• You are a team player with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills;

• You have organizational sensitivity and recognize both visible and invisible dynamics within an organization;

• You function well in a dynamic environment and switch quickly between various tasks;

• You are decisive and maintain an overview in complex situations;

• You can think creatively and flexibly and are solution-oriented;

• You can express yourself excellently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
