For this role, it is important that you:
Have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM or a similar field;
Have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within HR;
Have experience in independently advising managers and stakeholders;
Have broad knowledge of HR processes, employment conditions, and relevant laws and regulations;
Are client-oriented and build relationships easily;
Are entrepreneurial, show ownership, and take responsibility for your assignments;
Are strong communicators and switch easily between different levels within organizations;
Enjoy working at different clients and in different environments.
See opportunities at clients and know how to translate these into follow-up assignments in a natural way;
As an HR Consultant, you will work on-site at various clients. Depending on the assignment, you will join an existing HR team or work independently within the organization. You support clients with diverse HR issues and hold an independent advisory role: you observe, think ahead, and help organizations find practical and appropriate solutions. No assignment is the same, and every organization asks something different of you. It is precisely this variety that ensures you further deepen your professional knowledge and gain broad experience within different sectors, collective labor agreements (CAOs), and organizational cultures.
You do not only support clients in daily HR practice, but also advise on issues at a tactical level. Think of talent management, absenteeism, organizational development, employment conditions, performance management, or the design of HR processes. In doing so, you work independently, take ownership of assignments, and build sustainable relationships with clients.
Are you ready to apply your HR experience to diverse organizations and challenges?
As an HR Consultant, you work temporarily at various clients and help organizations with both operational and tactical HR issues.
In practice, this means that you:
Provide independent HR advice to managers, HR teams, and boards;
Offer interim HR support at operational and tactical levels;
Analyze more complex HR issues and translate them into practical solutions;
Assess, optimize, and implement HR processes;
Work in and/or coordinate projects in the field of, for example, talent management, absenteeism, performance management, and employment conditions;
Handle client inquiries and identify opportunities to further expand our services;
Guide less experienced colleagues and share knowledge within the team;
You switch easily between different organizations and interlocutors. Thanks to your experience, you quickly know how to grasp the core of an issue and propose appropriate solutions.
You are ready for the next step in your HR career. You have built a solid foundation within the HR profession and want to further develop as an advisor. You get energy from variety, enjoy helping organizations progress, and feel comfortable in an environment where you work independently, but can always brainstorm with colleagues from different specialties within Crowe HR Services.
You will join a dynamic, professional, and open corporate culture. We work with short lines of communication, an open-door culture, and a lot of collaboration with managers and partners.
We invest in your development with guidance, feedback, and space to grow further both professionally and personally.
You will work together with passionate and skilled colleagues who practice their profession with enthusiasm and pleasure.
In your work, you will deal with substantive challenges and diverse client inquiries, allowing you to keep developing yourself.
Alongside work, there is attention to social cohesion, for example during drinks, outings, sporting activities, and annual events.
Through on-the-job training, experienced colleagues, and educational opportunities, you will continue to grow in your role as an HR Consultant.
