- You have an MBO4/HBO working and thinking level, supplemented by at least 2 years of experience in a logistics role;
- Leadership experience is a plus;
- You have experience with ERP systems;
- You are communicatively skilled in the Dutch and English languages.

The role
The role
As Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for all inbound and outbound transport for VDL NSA Metaal. You provide operational leadership to our logistics department, consisting of 4 FTE. You are responsible for the warehouse inventory, internal flows, and incoming and outgoing goods. You have daily contact with our carriers.
What you'll do
- Managing the daily operations in the department (goods receipt, warehousing, and dispatch);
- Identifying areas for improvement, and implementing them, in consultation with the business office.
- Providing transport documentation;
- Ensuring efficient transport planning.
Your strength
We are looking for a proactive colleague with a solution-oriented work attitude. You are a strong communicator and know how to convey our customer-oriented attitude to colleagues and carriers. You have an overview of the logistics process and know how to translate this into concrete results.
