Operator in the Netherlands

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,400 gross per month, depending on your experience

What will you do?

As an Operator, you are an important link within our production process. You will work in a modern, automated factory and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the production lines run optimally.

You don't need to know everything right away. During an extensive six-month internal training program, we will teach you the trade and our processes step by step. Your duties are:

• Operating and monitoring automated production lines
• Setting up, converting, and adjusting machines
• Performing quality controls
• Registering production data in SCADA and PlantApps
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions
• Performing first-line maintenance
• Keeping the machine park clean and safe
• Actively thinking along regarding process improvements

No two days are the same. You will be working with technology, quality, maintenance, and process optimization.
