You possess at least an MBO-4 level of working and thinking.
You have relevant work experience in a similar coordinating or operational role.
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
You are stress-resistant, work accurately, and maintain a flawless overview under all circumstances.

As an Operations Coördinator in Vlissingen, you will play a key role in realizing our ambitions and will help build the future of Vopak and your own.

What you'll do

You coordinate and monitor the planned operational and technical activities, manage the 24-hour planning, and proactively resolve any conflicts between maintenance and operations.
You act as the critical 'gatekeeper' for work orders, assess permit applications, and coordinate these with supervisors, shift leaders, and maintenance teams.
You provide support for LOTO planning and work instructions, participate in meetings (such as MOC and TRA), and implement improvements in the work process.
You identify deviations, report incidents immediately, and ensure a safe, clean working environment where compliance with regulations is central.
