"I work as a Machine Operator in our packaging department in Schoonrewoerd. Together with my team, I ensure that our well-known Leerdammer cheeses are packaged safely, on time, and according to the highest quality standards.

No two days are the same. One time I am busy setting up a line, the next time I am resolving a malfunction or thinking along about how we can work smarter. What I like? I get a lot of responsibility here. If something can be improved, they really listen to me."

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for one of our packaging lines. You ensure that everything keeps running smoothly.

This means that you:

· Set up, operate, and monitor machines.

· Identify deviations and malfunctions and, where possible, resolve them yourself.

· Monitor the quality of our products.

· Work safely and address colleagues when necessary.

· Collaborate with colleagues, Senior Operators, and the Technical Service.

· Think along about improvements in the production process.

· Ensure a clean and well-maintained workplace.

You think along, solve problems, and ensure the line continues to perform optimally.

✅ You work in a 3-shift system. This means you are always off on Saturdays and mostly off during the weekend. This helps maintain a better work-life balance.

Do you not have operator experience yet? No problem. We are happy to train you.

· A good salary, ranging from €2,859 to €3,972 gross depending on your knowledge and experience, and based on a full-time working week (from scale 3, dairy CAO).

· 18.52% shift allowance, which means the gross salary will be between €3,389 and €4,707 per month.

· 0.23 per km travel allowance (max 80km per day), 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, 172.8 vacation hours for a full-time employment.

· Paid breaks during night shifts.

· A complete and well-structured training program, 100% paid by Royal Lactalis Leerdammer.
