What will you do?

As a Corporate Recruiter hightech, you can truly make a difference for VDL ETG Eindhoven with your expertise and skill. VDL ETG Eindhoven is a leading manufacturing company within the VDL Enabling Technology Group. They make a significant impact, especially in the world of semiconductors. You will work together with a number of fellow recruiters, mostly on-site, so you can switch quickly with the hiring managers. The profiles we are looking for fall within logistics, production, and engineering. Together with the various hiring managers, you will develop the most suitable recruitment strategy. In addition to your work location at VDL ETG Eindhoven, you will work 1 to 2 days per week at the VDL Groep head office to seek collaboration with your recruitment colleagues. You will also be involved in:

• Writing attractive, target-group-oriented vacancy texts and managing them on our werkenbijvdl website;
• Managing your own vacancy and candidate portfolio and actively handling applications;
• Actively approaching potential candidates via various recruitment channels;
• Brainstorming with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice;
• Representing VDL Groep at recruitment events.

With your extensive experience in recruitment, specifically within the technical sector, and your practical attitude, you ensure the right filling of the vacancies. You are entrepreneurial, work result-oriented, and can communicate well at different levels. Through your assertive attitude, you know how to represent diverse interests and act as a connecting factor. With expertise and enjoyment, you ensure satisfaction among your hiring managers.
