What will you do?

As Assembly Team Leader, you are the point of contact and the direct supervisor for one or more assembly teams. You ensure that daily activities run smoothly and support your team in achieving the set goals. In doing so, you work closely with, among others, production management, work preparation, and other internal departments. You are responsible for, among other things:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of assemblers.
• Monitoring safety, quality, delivery reliability, and efficiency within the department.
• Conducting development, performance appraisal, and absenteeism interviews.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and working methods.
• Ensuring optimal staffing and good daily progress of production.

You are a committed leader who knows how to motivate people and get them moving. You communicate easily, take responsibility, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you bring the following:
