Supplier Quality Engineer in Eindhoven

Responsibilities

Implementing and ensuring quality requirements at suppliers of materials, components & processes such as assemblies and machining;
Guiding suppliers during NPI trajectories, from design to series production;
Drafting and reviewing quality documentation, such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, Flowcharts, CTQs, and measurement plans;
Assessing the design and manufacturability (DfX) of products;
Monitoring supplier performance and initiating improvement actions, including process and system audits;
Analyzing deviations and complaints and realizing structural improvements;
Qualifying and releasing new parts and suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing;
Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

Your strength

You are a hands-on team player with a strong drive. Communicatively skilled at all levels, both in Dutch and English, and persuasive in both verbal and non-verbal communication. You work accurately, think analytically, remain flexible under pressure, and tackle challenges energetically with the perseverance and overview of a project leader.

HBO/WO working and thinking level in a technical field;
Experience with industrial manufacturing and engineering projects, preferably in high-tech mechanical engineering;
Knowledge of production, measurement, and control systems;
Experience with process control and process audits;
Experience with quality methodologies such as FMEA, Control Plan, CTQ, SPC, and Flowcharts;
Knowledge of various production processes within a high-tech production environment;
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
Analytical, accurate, proactive, and result-oriented.
