Your role:

As a Certified Welder, you will be part of our welding department consisting of approximately 15 professionals. You will work independently on complex welded assemblies and report to the welding department team leader.

From technical drawing to final product: you ensure that the welding work meets the specified requirements. In doing so, you work according to established welding procedures (WPS) and standards such as DIN 2303, ISO 3834, and EN 1090.

Your primary responsibilities

• You independently perform MIG/MAG welding activities, primarily MAG 135.
• You assemble structures and handle tack welding and final welding according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• You weld structural steel, high-strength steel types, and armor steel in various positions and material thicknesses.
• You work according to WPSs and take into account, among other things, heat input and prescribed temperatures.
• During the work, you check the dimensions, fit, and quality of your welding work.
• You ensure the correct registration and traceability of materials and weld joints.
• You signal deviations and discuss these with the team leader or welding coordinator.
• You work safely and ensure that your welding equipment and workplace are in order.
