Service Coordinator in the Netherlands

As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the planning, supervision, and administrative handling of all service and maintenance activities. You ensure that malfunctions are addressed quickly, maintenance proceeds according to schedule, and customers are always well-informed.

• Scheduling technicians for maintenance, faults, and repairs;

• Fault handling: receiving and registering reports, determining priority, and ensuring rapid deployment of technicians;

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding planning and progress;

• Preparing quotes for small assignments or additional work;

• Processing work orders, hours, and materials for invoicing;

• Monitoring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction;

• Responsible for the breakdown service scheduling.

You possess at least an MBO diploma and several years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of electrical engineering and Syntess Atrium is certainly a plus.
