The role

Are you an experienced electrical fitter who enjoys working on varied projects in residential and commercial construction? Do you find it rewarding to build a complete electrotechnical installation from a technical drawing and see what you have achieved at the end of the day? Then we at Brandsen Installatietechniek in Barneveld have an exciting challenge for you!

As an Electrical Fitter, you will work on diverse electrotechnical installations within new construction and renovation projects. From high-voltage and low-voltage installations to data networks, security systems, and control technology. You ensure that everything is installed safely, neatly, and according to agreement.

You will be given a great deal of autonomy, work together with dedicated colleagues, and receive plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself technically.

What you'll do

As an Electrical Fitter, you are responsible for installing, mounting, and commissioning electrotechnical installations. You work on diverse projects within new construction and renovation, applying your technical knowledge and experience on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities include

Installing and mounting electrotechnical installations based on technical drawings.
Installing and connecting high-voltage and low-voltage installations.
Installing data networks and electrotechnical cabling.
Working on burglary and fire alarm systems, intercom systems, and control technology.
Mounting cable trays, wall trunking, and distribution cabinets.
Connecting and testing electrotechnical components.
Commissioning and testing installations.
Identifying and solving technical challenges during execution.
Ensuring a safe, neat, and high-quality delivery.

No two projects are the same. One time you are working on a complete electrotechnical installation in a new construction project, the next time on the renovation or expansion of existing installations. This variety makes your work challenging and interesting.
