The role
Are you looking for varied work in the world of trucks and technology? In the combined role of Service Coordinator and Warehouse Employee, you will be the flying ace at our Gorinchem location. From workshop planning to parts management, you ensure everything runs smoothly and jump in wherever needed. No hassle, you just get it done.
What you'll do
In this combined role, you will work partly at the customer counter and partly in the warehouse. You love variety and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You ensure tight workshop planning and good customer appointments.
- You manage the invoicing of internal and external assignments.
- You process warranty claims and maintenance contracts.
- You keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- You independently cover tasks during the absence of colleagues.
As a Warehouse Employee
- You provide mechanics and customers with the correct parts.
- You process incoming and outgoing goods in the system.
- You contribute to accurate administration and tight inventory management.
You work closely with a small, dedicated team: mechanics, warehouse colleagues, and the Service Manager. You are there for each other and keep a cool head together—even when it is busy.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a completed MBO education, preferably with a technical background.
- Experience in a similar position or familiarity with the truck or automotive industry.
- An availability of 32-40 hours per week;
- You are verbally strong and communicative, both with colleagues and with our customers.
