Within Van Oers' internal IT department, we build a stable, secure, and future-proof IT environment for all our colleagues. We support daily operations and provide direction to the organization's digital development. We do this by smartly aligning IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud solutions, security, and workstations. Just do it: pragmatic, thoughtful, and with an eye for the user.
We know what is happening within Van Oers and translate organizational objectives into concrete IT solutions. Whether it is setting up a future-proof enterprise architecture, guiding digital transformations, improving systems and processes, or supporting colleagues with new technologies, we ensure cohesion and continuity.

• You help colleagues with basic IT problems;

• You install and configure software and hardware;

• You assess phishing emails;

• You manage the inventory of IT products;

• You visit various offices to resolve malfunctions.

As an ICT Working Intern, you are not alone at Van Oers. You will be guided by a buddy and will be part of a team where you can always go with your questions. You will be given the space to take on many different tasks and thus truly participate in practice. You will register reports and activities in the ticketing system, provide first-line support, and keep users informed of the status of their requests. Additionally, you ensure that the Van Oers Modern Workplace and the associated IT products and services continue to function well.
