As a Junior RPA Specialist, you help our organization and our clients by streamlining and automating processes. Together with the (internal) client, you map out processes, investigate possibilities for optimization, and set up automated process processing by means of robots. You work closely with the innovation team and clients. In addition, you ensure overall process quality and information security.

• Together with the client, you map out processes, investigate possibilities for optimization and standardization, and develop robots with Power Automate;

• You work collaboratively on projects, starting with a project formulation and ending with a working robot;

• You build, test, and maintain robots in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and work with connections to systems such as Microsoft applications and accounting packages;

• You support the management of robots, including monitoring, error handling, and minor adjustments;

• You document design decisions, implementation details, and changes in the process model;

• You communicate easily with (internal) clients and translate their wishes into a practical automation solution.

You have a curious and analytical outlook and enjoy figuring out how processes can be smarter and more efficient. You do not shy away from technical puzzles and you get energy from building solutions that are actually used.

You work in a structured and careful manner and are eager to learn. You ask questions, take on feedback, and develop yourself step by step within the field of process automation. Additionally, you communicate easily with colleagues and clients and know how to explain technical ideas in an understandable way. Even when things get busier, you maintain an overview and finish what you start.

Furthermore, we ask:

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree;

• An excellent command of the Dutch language and you reside in the Breda region;

• Affinity with process optimization and automation;

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus;

• Interest in IT and digital solutions, for example through an IT-oriented component within your studies;

• A careful way of working and an eye for quality in what you deliver.
