What will you be doing?
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to, among other things:
You are following an mbo-4 education in ICT System & Network Engineering
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and Windows 10/11
Interest in Active Directory, account management, and workstation management; experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Enthusiasm to learn about ITIL processes and service desk software such as TOPdesk
Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus, but not a must
A service-oriented attitude, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop yourself
An internship allowance of €350,- per month and a travel allowance
You will receive guidance from an experienced mentor or internship supervisor who will help you with your personal and professional development

Are you crazy about everything related to IT and do you want to gain experience in a dynamic working environment? As an IT intern, you will be the first point of contact for your colleagues regarding questions about hardware, software, and accounts. You will help resolve incidents, ensure workstations function optimally, and actively think along about improvements in processes and tooling. Occasionally, you will also visit our warehouse to ensure everything runs smoothly there, and you will participate in IT projects that have an impact on workstations and end users.
Manage workstations, including accounts, hardware, and software
Set up onboarding and offboarding for employees
Support system administration activities and smaller IT projects
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
Maintain close contact with colleagues within support and system administration
Document knowledge, manuals, and procedures
