As a Medior Developer within Digital Solutions, you help our organization develop smart digital solutions that make our colleagues' work easier, more efficient, and better. You work together with colleagues from various fields, such as F&C, Accountancy, Tax, and HR, and translate their needs into practical digital solutions.

You are involved in the entire development process: from understanding the request and working out the solution to developing, testing, implementing, and managing it. You work independently on solutions and, for larger or more complex projects, you work together with other developers and specialists within Digital Solutions.

• Together with the internal client, you map out the need and the underlying process and translate these into a concrete digital solution;

• You develop connections with existing applications, data sources, and APIs;

• You work according to our development standards and contribute to high-quality, secure, and maintainable software;

• You support the management of solutions and contribute to monitoring, maintenance, error handling, and further continuous development;

• You document technical choices, implementation details, and changes so that solutions remain easily transferable and manageable;

• You work closely with other specialists within Digital Solutions in areas such as data, AI, automation, and process optimization.

You are a Developer who can develop solutions independently and who gets energy from actually realizing something that helps colleagues in their daily work. You are curious about the world behind the technical question and enjoy delving into different fields and processes. You combine technical knowledge with a practical attitude. You can analyze a problem, devise an appropriate technical solution, and realize it independently. At the same time, you know when to involve your colleagues in more complex technical or architectural issues. You work in a structured and careful manner and consider quality important. You are open to feedback, share your own knowledge, and want to further develop yourself as a software professional. Additionally, you communicate easily with colleagues and clients and can explain technical topics understandably to people with a less technical background.
