As a Robotics Specialist, you help our organization and clients by analyzing, optimizing, and automating processes. You work independently on automation challenges, guide projects from inventory to implementation, and act as an important sparring partner for clients. In doing so, you ensure the quality, continuity, and security of the solutions you develop.

You are analytically strong and have experience with optimizing and automating processes. You know how to quickly grasp the core of a problem and translate complex processes into practical solutions. You work independently, take initiative, and feel responsible for the result. Additionally, you are a strong conversational partner for clients and colleagues. You switch easily between technology and business and know how to convey your ideas clearly. You maintain an overview across multiple projects at once and are continuously looking for ways to design processes smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

A glimpse into your tasks:

• Together with the client, you map out processes and translate them into smart automation solutions;

• You investigate possibilities for process optimization and standardization;

• You develop, test, and implement robots using Microsoft Power Automate;

• You guide automation projects from analysis to delivery;

• You realize connections with Microsoft applications and other business systems;

• You document design choices, implementations, and changes in processes;

• You advise clients on opportunities in the field of process automation;

• You share knowledge within the team and support less experienced colleagues.

Furthermore, we ask:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Excellent command of the Dutch language and you reside in the Netherlands;

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience within process automation or RPA;

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) or similar automation tools;

• Experience with analyzing and optimizing business processes;

• Experience with integrations and connections between different systems;

• A structured and quality-oriented way of working;

• The ability to carry out projects independently and take responsibility for the final result.
