Junior HR Specialist

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of HR or Organizational Studies;

• You have knowledge of current HR themes;

• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Advisor/Specialist (preferably experience in consultancy) is a requirement.

As a Junior HR Specialist, your focus lies on the HR issues of our clients within many different sectors and of various sizes. You have a lot of contact with clients and are also a go-to person for colleagues within Van Oers. You bring structure, and draft job matrices, job frameworks, and job profiles. Together with your team, you ensure that the diverse HR issues are addressed and that you provide high quality.

A glimpse into your package of tasks:

• You review and draft regulations, agreements, and manuals;

• You support the design and implementation of performance management systems, such as appraisal, feedback, and development interviews and (assist with) their follow-up;

• You support a colleague with employee satisfaction surveys; You advise on all occurring themes such as recruitment, efficient personnel administration, and absenteeism.

You possess decisiveness and analytical ability. You are communicative, proactive, customer-oriented, and creative. You take the lead when the situation calls for it and you find it no problem to give people feedback. You can maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
