What are you going to do?
In Den Bosch, our customer service is located for the brands Opel, Fiat, Jeep, and Alfa Romeo. Here, a team of 10 colleagues works to help our customers with the most diverse questions. To be able to do this as well as possible and continue to do so, we are looking for a team leader with an operational, analytical, and result-oriented attitude. In this role, you will ensure that the team provides an enthusiastic and service-oriented service.

• It goes without saying that you already have experience within a Contact Center.

• You have a clear vision on customer service;

• You are someone with courage and initiative, with whom you know how to surprise the customer and your team;

• You are a star at coaching, guiding, and motivating employees in a pleasant and constructive working atmosphere;

• You are positively critical, allowing you to see areas for improvement and make them discussable;

• You possess a hands-on mentality and help within the Contact Center where necessary;

• You have an HBO (higher professional education) degree and/or work and thinking level and at least 1 year of demonstrable leadership experience within a Customer Team/Contact Center;

• Full-time availability (40 hours).
