You speak with them daily via telephone, email, and online channels, ensuring that appointments are scheduled smoothly and efficiently. In doing so, you carefully record all made appointments in Kia-Net, so that the car's maintenance history is completely accurate and customers always receive the correct service messages. You draw energy from customer contact and find it important to truly help customers further. With your strong communication skills and solution-oriented attitude, you know how to address every customer in a pleasant manner. At the same time, you work accurately: everything you agree upon with the customer, you register correctly in our systems. In this way, you contribute daily to a customer-oriented and reliable service.
