Facility Internship

Do you want to truly make a difference during your internship? At Van Mossel in Waalwijk, you will get the chance to work on the implementation and improvement of our new facility system Humble. With this innovative platform, we are making our facility processes smarter, more efficient, and more transparent. You will be given the space to actively contribute to this and put your ideas into practice.

Together with our team, you will ensure that Humble is optimally set up and used. You will get a look behind the scenes at the facility processes of a large company and see the direct result of your activities.

During your internship, you will work on various components surrounding our facility services. Think of:

• Collaborating on the implementation and improvement of Humble, for example by testing functionalities, entering and checking data, and thinking along about improvements;

• Thinking along about and contributing to the optimization of facility processes;

• Processing and managing important documents and data;

• Working with data and carefully checking it to prevent errors;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and actively thinking along about how we can make our processes smarter and more efficient;

• Collaborating with colleagues from the facility team and other involved departments.

Above all, we find it important that you are enthusiastic about learning and enjoy active collaboration. Additionally:

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail;

• You enjoy working with systems and data;

• You are curious and like to think along about how things can be improved;

• You can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team;

• You take initiative and dare to ask questions;

• You are available at least 3 days per week for a period of at least 4 months;

• You have a driver's license.
