Human Resource Management Internship

Together with our HR business partner, you are responsible for the entire HR process. You observe and participate from onboarding to offboarding. You will learn how to translate the need for development among your colleagues into the right training and learn all about employment conditions and sickness absence. Because the internship is designed so broadly, you will become acquainted with all facets of HR. This allows you to discover what suits you and where your interests lie. With us, you will get the space to delve deeper into the areas that you find most interesting.

• Making an active contribution to the optimization of the job architecture and the associated activities;

• Collaborating on our vitality program;

• Providing training related to the conversation cycle;

• Organizing and coordinating a 'working posture & lifting instructions' training and PMO (Periodic Medical Examination);

• Assignments that are relevant to your studies.

• You are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in Human Resource Management and are looking for a working internship;

• You manage the Dutch language at a good level, both spoken and written, and Frisian is a bonus;

• You take initiative, are curious, and dare to ask questions;

• You are interested in the various facets of HR, from inflow, throughput, and outflow to learning and development;

• You work accurately and handle confidential information with care;

• You have strong communication skills and easily establish contact with colleagues at different levels;

• You are proactive, independent, and like to think along about improvements within HR processes.

• You will receive an internship allowance of €600 gross per 4 weeks. Converted, this is €650 gross per month for a full-time internship;

• An internship position where you are truly part of the team. No fetching coffee, but contributing to projects that have a visible impact together with your enthusiastic team;
