Municipalities face a challenge in the IT field, such as the increasing complexity of the landscape, stricter security requirements, and a shortage of specialist knowledge. At Centric, we help municipalities with these issues. During this internship, you will work within the HPT-TAB team: High Performance Team - Technical Application Management. They provide services to municipalities regarding Patches, Updates and Fixes, and Technical Management.
The team would like to gain better insight into how municipalities experience the current service delivery and on which customer needs we can respond even better. You will therefore actually visit municipalities to engage in conversation with users and link this to the services that we as Centric provide and can provide. Within the team, you will reflect on which needs exist and how we could meet them. At the end, you will deliver a concrete advisory report on these opportunities.
Make an analysis of the existing processes and documentation.
Look at what the trends are within municipal IT management.
Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze your results for themes
Elaborate on possible improvements and commercial opportunities in an advisory report.
