For our Van Mossel Kia branch in Amersfoort, we are looking for a customer-friendly colleague to join our team as a service advisor. In this role, you are the face and calling card of the branch. You receive customers with a big smile and help them with various questions, primarily focused on service. Thanks to your technical automotive knowledge, you know how to make the translation between the customer and the workshop. From creating work orders to answering questions about invoices, damage, or warranty claims - you ensure that everything runs smoothly! You keep track of the schedule and communicate with your colleagues in the workshop. And above all: you ensure that customers leave satisfied and with a smile. Your tasks:

• Creating work orders;

• Administrative processing of the work performed on the car;

• Scheduling work for your colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring the progress of the schedule;

• Discussing the invoice and explaining exactly what was done to the car.

Let's be honest, this varied and dynamic job is not for everyone. You know better than anyone else what customer friendliness is, are communicatively skilled, and are organizationally strong. Because of this, you know how to maintain an overview, even when it suddenly gets very busy at the desk. Furthermore, you possess, among other things:

• At least 1 year of experience as a service advisor;

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• Full-time availability.
