Service Advisor in the Netherlands

As a Service Advisor, you are the first and last point of contact for our BMW and MINI drivers. You ensure that customers feel welcome, that technical questions are clearly translated, and that the workshop knows exactly what is required.

You are responsible for:

• A friendly and professional reception of customers
• Translating customer wishes into clear work orders
• Coordination with the workshop and monitoring the schedule
• Explaining the performed work to the customer
• Correct administrative processing
• A positive customer experience from start to finish

This position is a part-time role for 4 days per week (32-36 hours), where your development and job satisfaction are central.

You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy a varied role where multitasking and service are central. You don't need to know everything yet, but you do want to learn and grow within the profession.
